Solution

The correct option is A A - F, B - T, C - T
Bees and wasps belong to the order Hymenoptera of class insecta which is placed under the phylum Arthropoda (Organisms with jointed legs).

One of the main differences between the wasps and bees is that the wasps are covered with unbranched hair, whereas bees have at least a few branched or feathered hair. The pollen attaches to the feathered hair.

Adult wasps mainly feed on nectar but few species feed on the secretions produced by larvae. Larvae of wasp species usually feed on insects.
Nectar and pollen from the flowers are the main source of food for honeybees. Honeybees will not eat insects. Hence statement A is false.

Honeybees and wasps help in pollination. But the major pollinators of flowering plants are honeybees. Hence statement B is true.

Honeybees and wasps will sting if they feel their nests are in danger. Bees die after they sting. Unlike bees, wasps will not die after they sting. When the honeybee stings, it cannot pull the stinger back. It leaves behind the stinger along with a part of its digestive tract, muscles and nerves. This massive abdominal rupture kills the bee. Hence statement C is true.
