A lives on even numbered floor, it means it may be on floor number 2, 4, 6.
There are two floors between D and F.

F lives on a floor above D's floor.

D does not live on floor number 2. B does not live on an odd numbered floor. It means that B does not live on floor numbers 1, 3 and 5. C does not live on any of the floors below F's floor. It means that C lives on the floor above F's floor. E does not live on a floor immediately above or immediately below the floor of B.
