The correct option is D 24.13%
Average number of cars sold = $\frac{2100 + 2200 + 3100 + 2600 + 4200 + 2600 + 2800 + 3600}{8}$
=2900
Hence, required percentage = $\frac{3600 - 2900}{2900} \times 100 - 24.13 %$
