Solution

The correct option is D Two
In the case of snakebite, a person should be immediately rushed to the hospital. The affected person should be given an injection that contains preformed antibodies. It is called antivenom, the function of it is this antivenom disables toxins of snake venom. It produces reverse action to the damage caused by a bite of a snake. So an injection is a must which provides passive immunity.
Anti-tetanus serum administered after an injury provides passive immunity.
Newborn vaccinated with Hepatitis-B provides active immunity.
Lifetime immunity attained by suffering from chickenpox provides adaptive immunity.

So, the true statements are 1 and 2. Thus the correct option is 'd'.
