The correct option is C reaction force
Due to gravity all bodies are attracted towards the Earth's centre and weight is due to gravity, it is the value of normal reaction force at any contact. Since both satellite and body are in a state of free fall, it would not supply a normal force to cancel the weight of the body in satellite, therefore the normal reaction at any surface on the satellite is 0 and hence the weight is 0.
