Mass of $$\displaystyle  CaCl_2 + U$$ tube $$\displaystyle = 80.483 \:g$$
Mass of $$\displaystyle  CaCl_2 + U$$ tube $$\displaystyle  + H_2O= 89.483 \:g$$.
Mass of water $$\displaystyle  = 89.483-80.483 = 9  \:g$$
The molar mass of water is 18 $$g/mol$$
9 $$g$$ water corresponds to $$\displaystyle \dfrac {9 \:g}{18\:g/mol}=0.5 \:mol$$.
