The correct option is B PS II
PSII or photosystem II have molecules of chlorophyll a arranged with geometry to facilitate absorption of shorter wavelength, higher energy photons then photosystem I. Photosystem II have absorption peak of approximately 680 nanometers and PS I have absorption peaks of 700 nm. This results in the sharp decrease in the rate of photosynthesis in the light above 680 nm although chlorophyll exhibit enough absorption of light up to 700 nm (by PS I). Also called as red drop effect, the phenomenon is due to the inability of reaction center of PSII to absorb light beyond 680 nm. Thus, the correct answer is option B.
