(i) Here x + 7y = 0

$\Rightarrow 7y=-x\Rightarrow y=\frac{-1}{7}x$

$\Rightarrow y=\frac{-1}{7}x+0$

which is required slope-intercept form.

Comparing it with y = mx + c, we have

$m=\frac{-1}{7}$ and c = 0

(ii) Here 6x + 3y - 5 = 0

$\Rightarrow$ 3y = -6x + 5

$\Rightarrow y=\frac{-6}{3}x+\frac{5}{3}$

$\Rightarrow y=-2x+\frac{5}{3}$

which is required slope-intercept form.

Comparing it with y = mx + c, we have

m = - 2 and $c=\frac{5}{3}$

(iii) Here y = 0

$\Rightarrow$ y = 0.x + 0

which is required slope-intercept form.

Comparing it with y = mx + c, we have

m = 0 and c = 0.
