Solution

The correct option is A (iii), (iv) and (v)
R is mitochondria. The mitochondrion is a membrane-bound oval shaped organelle found in most eukaryotic cells and generates energy in the form of ATP.
U is Golgi apparatus. Golgi apparatus or the Golgi complex, it's part of the cell's endomembrane system and possesses flattened stacks which bud off the vesicles. The Golgi body has a number of functions, including sorting and processing proteins. Proteins are synthesized in the rough endoplasmic reticulum, then they travel to the Golgi body.
S is lysosome, a single membrane-bounded organelle possesses a hydrolytic enzyme that digests macromolecules, old cell parts and microorganisms. In altered cellular environment lysosome burst itself and digest its own cell.
T is endoplasmic reticulum (ER). The rough endoplasmic reticulum is located towards the nucleus and smooth endoplasmic reticulum is located towards the plasma membrane. It functions as a manufacturing and packaging system. It works closely with the Golgi apparatus, ribosomes, mRNA and tRNA.
Structurally, the endoplasmic reticulum is a network of membranes found throughout the cell and connected to the nucleus. The membranes are slightly different from cell to cell and a cells function determines the size and structure of the ER. Thus, the correct answer is option A.
