Q. In the year 2013, the total numbers of students (male and female) from country E were 25% more than those in the previous year. If in the year 2013, the number of female students from country E were less than that of male students by 560, then how many foreign students in college E were females?

The correct option is A 1120
Total numbers of students from country E in 2013=1.25×28100×8000=2800
If the number of female students is x, then =x+x+560=2800
Therefore, number of female students, x=1120
