The correct option is B R to Q
Speed of light in a medium, $v = \frac{c}{n}$

where, $n = \frac{n_{2}}{n_{1}}$

$⟹ v = c \frac{n_{1}}{n_{2}}$

Hence, light will speed up when $n_{1} > n_{2}$ that is light goes from optically denser to optically rarer medium.

Now, $n_{P} < n_{Q} < n_{R} < n_{S}$

Hence, medium R is denser than Q, hence when light goes from $R$ to $Q$ , it speeds up.
