Regarding the New land's Periodic Table it is said that iron has similar properties to that of 'Co' and 'Ni' but it was placed in the seventh group of musical note 'ni'.Do the properties of 'S' and 'Se' are similar to that of 'Fe'?

Cobalt and nickel were placed in the I group, and iron, sulphur, selenium were placed at the 7th group. According to him similar group element has similar properties. But in actual practise it is not like that.
