Frequency of incident light changes implies, max KE changes and stopping potential changes.
Target material changes implies, work function changes. Hence, max KE and stopping potential change.
Potential difference between the emitter and collector changes implies time delay in emission of photoelectrons changes( it is almost instantaneous though).
