The correct option is B $K_{h} = \frac{K_{w}}{K_{b}}$
For salt of weak base and strong acid
$K_{h} = \frac{K_{w}}{K_{b}}$

$∴ K_{h} = \frac{K_{w}}{K_{b}}$
