SImplifying the algebraic expression

Simplification rule: If there is a "-" sign before a bracket, then the signs of all the terms inside the bracket changes but if there is a + sign before the bracket, then no change of signs.

-5(3z-1)+7(2z-4)=-15z+5+14z-28=-15z+14z-28+5=-z-23

Therefore, the simplifies expression is -z-23.
