In a rectangle, diagonals are equal and bisect each other.
In rectangle PQRS,
RO = OT
$\Rightarrow 2 x + 4 = 3 x + 1 \Rightarrow 3 x - 2 x = 4 - 1 \Rightarrow x = 3 cm$
