The side of the square plot is 25m, length and breadth of the rectangular region is 20m and 15m respectively.
Area of the square plot = ${side}^2={25}^2=625sq.m.$

Area of the rectangular region = length $\times$ breadth

$\Rightarrow 20\times 15=300sq.m.$

Area of the garden = 625 - 300 = 325 sq.m.

Cost of developing the garden = Area $\times$ Rate per sq.m

$\Rightarrow 325\times 55=₹17875$
