Solution

Divisibility Rule for 9 : a number is completely divisible by 9 if the sum of its digits is divisible by 9 .

*1467 here sum of digits will be ‘ * ’ +1+4+6+7 = 18 + ‘ *

Here nearest multiple of 9 is 27. So to make the sum 27 the ‘ * ’ should be equal to 9 [ because 0 cant be taken here as it will make it a 4-digit number ]

So , ‘ * ’ = 9
