Divisibility Rule for 11 : The divisibility by 11 rule states that if the difference of the sum of the digits at odd places and the sum of the digits at even places of the number is 0 or divisible by 11, then the given number is also divisible by 11.

764*91 here according to the divisibility rule of 11 1+ ‘ * ’ + 6 - 9 - 4 - 7 = ‘ * ’ - 13

Here nearest multiple of 11 is - 11. So to make ‘ * ’ - 13 = -11 , ‘ * ’ shod be equal to 2

So , ‘ * ’ = 2
