Reserve Bank of India controls the activities of some of the following banks in India :

ii) Cooperative Banks
iii) Foreign Bank
iv) Rural Banks
The Reserve Bank of India is India's central banking institution, which controls the issuance and supply of the Indian rupee.
It executes multiple functions such as overseeing monetary policy, issuing currency, managing foreign exchange, working as a bank of government and as banker of scheduled commercial banks.
As such, it controls the activities of all the banks in India.
