Given, quantity of Burfi = 18 kg
And Khoya : Sugar = 7 : 2
Total number of parts = 7 + 2 = 9
Quantity of Khoya = $\frac{7}{9} \times 18$
= 14 kg
So, Reshma used 14 kg Khoya.
