The ratio of Khoya to sugar = $7 : 2$
Total weight of Burfi $= 18 k g$

Let the quantity of the Khoya be $7 x k g$ and sugar be $2 x k g$ .
$∴ 7 x + 2 x = 18$
$\Rightarrow 9 x = 18 \Rightarrow x = \frac{18}{9} = 2$
Hence,
The quantity of Khoya $= 7 \times 2 k g = 14 k g$
The quantity of sugar $= 2 \times 2 k g = 4 k g$
