Resolve into partial fractions
x4+3x33x2+10(x+1)2(x3)

=x27x4(x+1)2(x3)

Now assume,

7x4(x+1)2(x3)=A(x+1)+B(x+1)2+C(x3)

After Simplifying this, we get

A(x+1)(x3)+B(x3)+C(x+1)2=7x4

On solving for A,B and C, we get

A=1716,B=114,C=1716

x4+3x33x2+10(x+1)2(x3)

=x21716(x+1)+114(x+1)2+1716(x3)
