Resources are not for greed ? What is the meaning of greed ? Is it mean the greedy individual who takes resources from other people and doesn't bother about other people how do they get resources i.e. unequal distribution of resources

Literally, greed means require for more than needed. In the context of resources, greed implies extraction of more resources by human beings to satisfy their greed without thinking about its exhaustion. Such indiscriminate extraction of resources may affect the future generations for whom needed resources might not be available.
