One of the simplest ways to save the environment is by adopting the Three R's formula: Reduce, Reuse and Recycle.

1. Reuse means repeatedly using an item until it gets damaged. Recycling is the process of converting waste materials into usable forms.
2. Reuse is better than recycling because the recycling process involves the expenditure of energy or natural resources to change the waste materials into usable forms.
3. On the other hand, for reusing a particular object, there is no involvement of energy or natural resources.
