$O l d p r i c e = R s 26$ per $K g$ .
$N e w p r i c e = R s 30$ per $K g .$
Increase in price $= R s 4$ per $K g .$
Increased percentage $= \frac{4}{26} \times 100 = \frac{200}{13} %$
Now, reduction in consumption, so as to keep the expenditure fixed,
According to formula, $(\frac{a}{100 + a}) \times 100$
wher $a = \frac{200}{13}$
$\frac{\frac{200}{13}}{100 + \frac{200}{13}} \times 100 = 13.33 %$
