We have,

C.P. of watch = Rs. 2200

S.P. of watch = Rs. 1980

Since S.P. < C.P. So, there is loss given by

Loss = C.P. - S.P.

= Rs. 2200 - Rs. 1980 = Rs. 220

Now, $Loss\%=(\frac{Loss}{C.P.}\times 100)\%=(\frac{220}{2200}\times 100)\%=10\%$

Hence, Loss = Rs. 220

$Loss\%=10\%$
