Rita wants to start a business of garments, further, she plans to set up her business in the rural area so that she can get cheap raw materials and workers easily, she also wants to donate 10% of her profit to the primary school which is located near her business.

(a) What possible risks she can face in carrying out this business.

(b) Give two values which she is delivering to the society.

Rita can face some problems in carrying out this business like :

(i) Shortages of funds as these enterprises are not in a position to afford high salaries to the employees. Productivity per employee is low and the rate of labour turnover is high. Therefore, attracting talented and skilled employees is a major problem faced by her.

(ii) Her unit can become sick because of various internal and external problems like lack of talented and skilled labour and managerial and marketing skills like delayed payments, inadequate loans, lack of demand for their products.

Two values which she is delivering to the society are :

(i) Helpful in increasing literacy rate.

(ii) Community development.
