Let,
Length of the parallelogram be x.

Given,
Perimeter of parallelogram $= 29$ m
Width of parallelogram $= 6.5$ m

Perimeter of a parallelogram $= 29$ m

2 ( length + breadth) = 29

$2 (x + 6.5) = 29$

$x + 6.5 = \frac{29}{2} = 14.5$

$x = 14.5 - 6.5 = 8$

Hence, Length of a parallelogram $= x = 8$ m
