The correct option is A 12 kmph
Let the distance travelled by x km.
Then, $\frac{x}{10} - \frac{x}{15} = 2$
$\Rightarrow 3 x - 2 x = 60$
$\Rightarrow x = 60 k m$ .
Time taken to travel 60 km at 10 km/hr = $(\frac{60}{10}) h r s$ = 6 hrs.
So, Robert started 6 hours before 2 P.M. i.e., at 8 A.M.
$∴$ Required speed = $(\frac{60}{5}) k m p h$ . = 12 kmph.
