The correct option is B 40°

Here, the total points scored $=1,080$
where,

Round	Number
First	240
Second	120
Third	360

Hence, Points scored in the last round
$=1,080-(240+120+360)$
$=1,080-720$
$=360$

Also, complete central angle $=360°$
So, the central angle representing one point $=\frac{360°}{1,080}=\left(\frac{1}{3}\right)°$
The number of points scored in the first round $=240$
So, the central angle representing the points scored in the first round $=240\times \left(\frac{1}{3}\right)°=80°$
and,
the central angle representing the points scored in the last round $=360\times \left(\frac{1}{3}\right)°=120°$
Hence, the difference between the central angle of the sector representing points scored in the first and the last round in a pie chart $=120°-80°=40°$
