The correct option is D Rs. 6781.25
In case of compund interest,

C.I.=P[(1+R100)N1]

where : C.I. - Compound Interest, P - Principal, R - Rate of Interest, N - Number of years.

The compound interest Rama has to pay
=16000[(1+12.5100)31]=16000×[(1.125)31]=16000×0.424=Rs. 6781.25
