Rule of law depicts the law of land where all the individuals must abide by some laws which the constitution makes for its citizens to follow. According to the Indian constitution, citizens of India abide rule of law and they cannot violate the law thus the democracy is covered by the country.
Respect for rights is secured by the Indian government which means the citizens of the country must respect others’ rights which cannot be violated at any cost. Respect for rights includes all the fundamental rights like the right to freedom, right to equality, right to freedom of religion, cultural and educational rights, right against exploitation, right to property and constitutional remedies, etc.
