The required length of the lace will be the circumference of the table cover.

$length=2\pi r$

$=2\times 3.14\times \frac{1.5}{2}$

$=4.71m$

The cost of 1 meter lace is $Rs15$.

The cost of $4.71m$ lace is $Rs15\times 4.71=Rs70.65$.
