The correct option is B ₹12,800
Assume salary of school teacher in 2003 was x.

Given, his salary increase by 25% every year.
His salary in 2004 =x+(25% of x)
x+(x×25100)=x+x4=5x4
And his salary in 2005 =5x4+(25% of 5x4)
5x4+(5x4×25100)=5x4+5x16=25x16

As given his salary in 2005 was ₹20,000.
25x16=20000x=800×16=12800

Hence, option 'b' is correct.
