The correct option is B 1 : 5
The coloured strip is divided into 10 equal parts.

Given, Sam has a total of 10 stickers.

Hence, each division represents $\frac{10}{10}$ = 1 sticker.

There are 2 divisions representing green stickers.

Hence, number of green stickers = 2

$∴$ The ratio of green stickers to the total number of stickers = 2 : 10, which is equivalent to 1 : 5.
