Solution

The correct option is B 1 3 4 2
When wounds occur, if not closed, they cause blood loss. The wounded tissue degenerates to form an enzyme known as thromboplastin. Thromboplastin converts prothrombin, which is synthesized by calcium ions and vitamin K, into thrombin. The thrombin further converts the fibrinogen in the plasma to fibrin. The fibrin forms a network on the wound. A blood clot is formed by the platelets and RBCs entangling in the fibrin network.
