The correct option is C 108
LCM is nothing but finding a common multiple of the given numbers. Let us take the number 12 and 27, the prime factors of these numbers are:
12 = 2 × 2 × 3
27 = 3 × 3 × 3

The LCM will be 3 × 3 × 3× 2× 2 = 108( For finding the LCM we have to first take a look at the common factors occurring maximum number of times, we take them and multiply it then we take the uncommon terms and multiply them with the common terms the result that we get is the required LCM.)
