Let her income be x
Spent $= \frac{90 x}{100} = 0.9 x$
Donated $= \frac{3 x}{100} = 0.03 x$
Left = x-0.9x -0.03x = 1750 Rs
x-0.93x = 1750 Rs
0.07x = 1750
$x = \frac{1750}{0.07} = 25000$ RS
