Answer :

Given : Sandeep donated 75 glucose biscuits and 45 monaco biscuits .

To find the least number of packets which can be made for the two types , We find H.C.F. of 75 and 45 :

75 = 3 $\times$ 5 $\times$ 5
And

45 = 3 $\times$ 3 $\times$ 5

So,

H.C.F. ( 75 and 45 ) = 3 $\times$ 5 = 15

So,
the number of biscuits in each packet = 15

And

Total least number of packet = $\frac{75+45}{15}=\frac{120}{15}$ = 8 ( Ans )
