The first card has two circles in the top left corner and a triangle in the bottom right corner.

The second card has two triangles in the top left corner and a circle in the bottom right corner.



Thus, the shapes interchange their positions. The shape in the bottom right is one shape, whereas the top left corner has two of the same shape.

The third card has two diamonds in the top left corner and a pentagon in the bottom right corner.

Using the same pattern, we can say that the fourth card will have two pentagons in the top left corner and a diamond in the bottom right corner.
