A protractor has 2 scales one which reads $(0^{\circ }-{180}^{\circ })$ in anti - clockwise direction and other which reads $(0^{\circ }-{180}^{\circ })$ in clock - wise direction. Anita has measured in anti - clockwise direction that's why she measured ${135}^{\circ }as{45}^{\circ }$
