Solution

The correct option is A x+y=100
0.4x+0.7y=48
Saransh wanted to determine the number of acidic solutions in Batch x and Batch y
He found out that 70% of the solution y
Then 40% of the solutions in Batch x= 40100×x=0.4x
And 70% of the solutions in Batch y= 70100×y=0.7y
And total of 48 acidic solution
x+y=100
0.4x+0.7y=48
