  2. In Sea breeze, during the daytime, land absorbs heat and becomes hotter.
  3. So that air above the land is replaced by cooler air coming from the sea.
  4. And in land breeze, at night, the land cools down faster than seawater.
  5. The warm air above the sea is replaced by cooler air from land.

Hence, Sea and land breeze are examples of convection of heat.
