Let ΔMNC be a right angled triangle such that MC=12k and NC=5k as shown in figure.

By Pythagoras theorem, we get
MC2=MN2+NC2
(12k)2=MN2+(5k)2
144k2=MN2+25k2
MN2=144k225k2
MN2=119k2
which exists for at least some real number k.

Therefore, secA=125 exist for some value of angle A.
Hence, the statement is true.
