As per sec 98, in case of any reason if it is impracticable to call meeting,then the tribunal on application made by director or member who would be entitled to vote at a meeting:-
1. order a meeting of the company to be called,held or conducted in such manner as tribunal thinks fit.
2.give such ancillary directions as the tribunal thinks expedient ,including directions for supplementing or modifications in relation to calling,holding and conducting of the meeting
