The frictional force on an object moving through a fluid depends on nature of the fluid.

A vacuum doesn't offer any friction to a body moving through it because of absence of medium particles.

Air offers some fluid friction, but definitely less then water and honey since its medium particles are placed at a much larger distance.

Between honey and water, honey is denser than the water and hence more fluid friction is offered by the honey than the water.
