The correct option is CVertex ≡(1,0);y−intercepts ≡(0,−1) Given quadratic expression is y=−x2+2x−1
On comparing with standard form of quadratic expression y=ax2+bx+c
we get, a=−1,b=2,c=−1 and D=b2−4ac=22−4⋅(−1)⋅(−1)=0
Now, the vertex of the quadratic polynomial is given by: (−b2a,−D4a)
Where−b2a=−22⋅(−1)=1
&−D4a=−04⋅(−1)=0
