The compound given is in Fischer project. We have to change it to wedge dash model.
Steps to convert Fischer to wedge projection:
1. The vertical line in fischer should project upward and horizontal line should be projected downward as shown below.
2. Now view the molecule from left hand side, you can see Cl atom is projected toward you and OH group is projected away from you and the CH3 group and H are in plane like V shape.
