Solution

The correct option is D C & D only
The three stages of interphase are G1, which stands for Gap phase 1; S phase, which stands for Synthesis phase; and G2, which stands for Gap phase 2. Interphase is the first of two phases of the eukaryotic cell cycle. The second phase is mitosis, or M phase, which is when cell division occurs.
During interphase, the DNA amount becomes double. Due to accumulation of ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and ribosomal proteins in the nucleolus, the size of the latter is greatly increased. DNA is in highly condensed stage.
Disappearance of golgi bodies and endoplasmic reticulum as well as polymerisation of spindle fibre take place during M phase.
So, the correct option is 'C & D only'.
